Hi, My name's Erika. I am the editor of the Journal of Exceptional Experiences and Psychology (JEEP). I am also the admin of this forum. I am a budding researcher in the field of parapsychology/exceptional psychology, as well as clinical psychology. I hold a BA in English from Penn State and a MA from the University of West Georgia. Ph.D. hopefully TBA in the next 6 years or so. My main interests in parapsychology are clinical approaches, historical research, OBEs, spirit communication and possession. My psychology interests are in therapy, psychopathology, personality, assessment, community outreach and advocacy. My goal for JEEP is for it to be a catalyst for communication between the non-researcher (particularly those who are experiencing or who have experienced exceptional phenomena) and the researcher who studies exceptional phenomena. I believe that research should be more accessible to the general public, yet without sacrificing academic integrity. The JEEP forum is part of the endeavor to integrate both communities and to have more open dialogue between us all. I look forward to venturing on this journey with you all

I suppose this goes without saying, miss, but it's good to have you here, too.
